Making a project in collaboration with another country is always a challenge, and even more so when there are no co-production agreements in place. What is the taxes structure, how do you navigate broadcast rights, what do we have to consider when budgeting, in short, what are the different scenarios and options that Canadian producers face when approaching the U.S.?
Join us on this discussion about the dos and don'ts of producing with our neighbors from two experienced producers, who will shed light on the questions that arise when considering the possibility of embarking on the adventure of making films with the United States.
