An activity which aims to encourage and promote a better understanding of the existing dialogue between the realm of education and the documentary community with the express purpose of bolstering the practice of documentary filmmaking.
The discussion will be moderated by Amélie Lambert-Bouchard, director of the Documentary Network, who will be joined by Patrick Touchette, a member of RÉCIT (the Réseau Éducation Collaboration, Innovation et Technologie), as well as a teacher who will illustrate her reality as a pedagogue, and two filmmakers, including Joannie Lafrenière, who will present some of her works that have been used in the an educational environment and explain how said works fit in well within a scholastic framework.
