William Sonia Bonspille Boileau

William follows the journey of a nine-year-old boy taken from his family and forced into one of the 139 residential schools that existed in Canada over a period of more than 100 years. The six episodes allow the user to experience a dark chapter in Canadian history in the first person.

The interactive work William will be presented as part of the UXdoc program. The works of this program will be shown free of charge in the Foyer Luce-Guilbeault at the Cinémathèque québécoise at the following times.
